Power cleaning with full programmability possibilities: IsoTek SMART Power combines the company’s power cleaning know-how with full programmability. Two models, SMART Alpha and SMART Delta offer custom installers power management and safety control through RS232, LAN and over WiFi through a secure online interface and dedicated codex for Control 4 and Crestron.
What is a PDU? A Power Distribution Unit is often found in I.T and AV racks along with Recording Studios that allows multiple devices to receive power from either a 1U or 2U rack supplying device. What makes IsoTek PDU’s different and unique, is that we take our wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in Clean Power Technology and remove the Common Mode and Differential Mode noise that often affects sound reproduction and degrades visual clarity. Pink Noise or White Noise more commonly experienced as hiss in speakers or fuzz on screens can be eliminated or reduced with IsoTek PDU’s. Secondly, IsoTek Smart products within the Custom Install range offer remote and local LAN connectivity and reporting tools along with clever functions for rebooting or sequential power cycling. Lastly, the power filtration and protection offered within the range creates peace of mind against power outages, surges, spikes, and voltage variation which can damage electrical equipment.
A discreet 1U (44.5mm) high rack width component. The Alpha Lite features eight C14 IEC output sockets featuring 40’000A of surge protection.
A 2U (89mm) high rack width component. The Delta Lite features sixteen C14 IEC output sockets featuring 54’000A surge protection. Input power is via 16A IEC C20 connection.
